Four Seasons Resort Orlando, who owns the 5-acre parcel eyed for expansion, has received approval for their plans to build new multi-family units as part of the already distinguished Four Seasons Private Residences at Walt Disney World®.
Nestled within the Golden Oak community and neighboring Four Seasons Resort Orlando, the enchanting enclave of Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando offers an effortless lifestyle at the place known for creating lasting memories.
THE DETAILS
- Four Seasons Orlando's approved plans include new residential units labeled as villas and mid-rise condos.
- The proposed construction will take place on the northwest side of the resort, where a pond currently resides. The plans outline the replacement of the pond with a collection of residential buildings and amenities.
- 9 villas, arranged in four clusters, will be accessed from Summer Meadow Way within the enclave of Four Seasons Private Residences.
- A mid-rise condo building, featuring 31 units, will be accessed from Autumn Mist Lane - just beyond FSPR's private gates.
- Amenities such as a pool, spa, cabanas, and interactive water feature are part of the grand design, ensuring residents enjoy a lavish lifestyle befitting the Four Seasons brand.
DESIGN AND AESTHETICS
- The elevation plans for both the multi-family villas and the mid-rise condos showcase the meticulous attention to detail that characterizes the Four Seasons' aesthetic.
- The multi-family villas comprise three two-unit villas and one three-unit villa. Renderings depict two-story villas each with a two-car garage and plans state each unit will have three or more bedrooms.
- Plans for the 31 mid-rise condos also state that each unit will have three or more bedrooms.
- The multi-level building varies in height from three stories on one side, six stories in the middle of the structure and nine stories at the eastern end. At its tallest point, it will reach an elevation of 205 feet.
TIMELINE AND ANTICIPATION
- Originally zoned for time shares, Four Seasons petitioned to change land-use entitlements for the 5-acre parcel to allow for residential uses in 2022.
- The expansion project received approval from the county in May 2023, following an initial filing in December 2022.
Construction is officially underway, marking a significant milestone in the development process. However, we have no timetable for when final details, floor plans, and pricing will be unveiled.
Should we receive these official details soon, we hope that sales will launch later in 2024.
