Youth teams from across the globe will convene in Orlando, vying for the top spot and bringing the spirit of competition to a worldwide audience. This tournament underscores the NFL’s dedication to making flag football accessible and universal—a key focus as the sport prepares to make its official debut in the LA 2028 Olympic Games. This historic milestone, spearheaded by the International Federation of American Football (IFAF) and championed by the NFL, marks a monumental step in the sport’s evolution and global appeal.
Breaking New Ground: The Inaugural NFL Girls Flag All-Star Game
This year’s Pro Bowl Games will also feature a groundbreaking event: the inaugural NFL Girls Flag All-Star Game. Scheduled for Sunday, February 2, at Camping World Stadium, this game will spotlight top female athletes selected from USA Today’s prestigious Top 25 rankings. These players will have the chance to showcase their skills on a national stage, with the game airing live on ESPN. It’s a testament to the growing opportunities for women in sports and the NFL’s commitment to fostering talent and diversity in football.
