Award winning architecture firm Cooper Carry puts a modern twist on a French Country design. Each boutique home, previously referenced to as villas, will feature a two-car garage + golf cart, a courtyard with private swimming pool and a covered lanai with summer kitchen and fireplace. All 9 homes will feature a first floor primary bedroom suite, a butler’s pantry, concierge station, and a second floor loft space. The five-bedroom homes feature a 2nd bedroom on the first floor and a bonus room on the second floor.

- 17 three-bedroom condos ranging from 3,589 to 3,701 sq ft.
- 9 four-bedroom condos ranging from 4,372 to 4,471 sq ft.

Three and four-bedroom condos will each feature one primary bedroom suite with a breakfast bar, 1-2 flex rooms, and one powder room. Each secondary bedroom will have their own private bathroom. All 9 four-bedroom condos and 4 three-bedroom condos will be corner units with formal living rooms. Each unit will feature open layouts, premium fixtures, cabinetry and fittings, floor-to-ceiling windows and private verandas perfect for entertaining. Panoramic views of the property may include the area’s natural woodlands, lakes, landscaped gardens, golf course and nearby fireworks display.
The penthouses are sure to impress even the most discerning buyers. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a stunning winding staircase that sets the tone for the luxurious space that awaits. An expansive resident-only pool area, directly adjacent to the residential tower, will include comfortable lounge furniture, cabanas, an event lawn, a children’s water play area, a hot tub, and an infinity-edge pool overlooking a pond and the Four Seasons hotel. Towel service and pool service bar and kitchen ensure residents will want for nothing while relaxing pool-side. Both the boutique homes and the condos will have access to these new amenities.
Concierge and front office assistance, all fully staffed by Four Seasons, will be available 24 hours a day to provide and source a variety of core and a la carte services including menu planning, grocery delivery, dog walking, housekeeping, maintenance, access to premium entertainment and more.
GOLDEN OAK CLUB
New residents will also experience all the benefits of resort-style living including legendary Disney service and spectacular amenities through membership in the Golden Oak Club. Club members have access to a dedicated Club Member Services team that assists with Golden Oak Club membership benefits, including select concierge services, theme park transportation services, premiere Disney-designed experiences and more. Summerhouse, the 17,000 square feet private clubhouse at Golden Oak, is the centerpiece of community activities and events—as well as the home of Club Member Services.
SALES & CONSTRUCTION
Sales are expected to launch by late 2024. Construction on the new residential tower and boutique homes at Florian Park is well underway and is expected to be completed by early 2026.

After keeping an eye on this highly anticipated project and speculating for the past year, it’s very exciting to finally see a formal announcement from the developer, Host Hotels & Resorts, and Four Seasons!

Many questions remain unanswered as exact prices per unit, final floor plans, resort fees, and more details are still in the works. While it has not been confirmed, these boutique homes and luxury condos could be the final opportunity to purchase a brand new property at Golden Oak as this 5-acre parcel remains the only land not yet developed on the master site plan.
